An exciting opportunity exists to join Northgate Public Services (NPS) team in Saudi Arabia. NPS is providing a range of public health screening and healthcare IT services to healthcare providers in the Kingdom and due to recent expansion now need to recruit an experienced training manager.

Our central team based in Riyadh work with healthcare providers to deliver knowledge transfer and capacity building programs for local third party staff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating vocational learning materials required for NPS staff and sub-contractor staff to carry out their duties, including e-learning resources, training videos and training manuals for a number of programs including but not limited to:
- Carrying out Health Screening tests for adults and children
- Quality Assurance Procedures and Clinical Protocols
- Use of Health Audit, Registries and Research Data
- Software Application Training and IT Skills Development,
- Project Management Training

The Training manager will also identify and work with suitable partner organisations that can provide relevant training courses as well as identify sources of accredited qualifications in public health screening and clinical audit and work with the appropriate authority to provide accredited qualifications in Saudi Arabia.

The role is hands on with delivery responsibility. The training manager will also be responsible for delivering training courses in conjunction with the subject matter experts and therefore needs to a training practitioner.

You will receive full training and induction into NPS business practices and cultural orientation so that you can carry out your duties to the highest level. The role will appeal to both those nationals that have qualified and worked abroad and now may wish to return to their country of origin as well as professionals who wish to benefit from an international career and an expatriate lifestyle and enjoy high level of decision making and responsibility in their career and work in a close knit and supportive team environment. The role is based in Riyadh, and the package includes relocation, and accommodation appropriate for expatriates.

The term of the contract is a minimum of 24 months, but could be extended as desired.

If the role appeals to you, you will need to go through a formal interview and you may be required to travel to other Hospital sites in Saudi Arabia, during the term of the contract.

Requirements

- Previous experience of delivering clinical/medical/scientific training programs
- Familiarity with on-line e-learning package design, development and deployment
- Delivery of face to face training courses

- Curriculum design and development
- Project management experience
- Fluency in Arabic
