Job description / Role
Provide technical proficiency in associated areas including:
• Responsible for remote troubleshooting for FTTH customers.
• Responsible for critical issues in UNOC team.
• Provide technical support to field engineering for maintenance and new activations of FTTH customers.
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Telecom/Computer science or computer engineering.
• Min 1 year of experience in related Telecom field.
• Configuration of triple play service (Data, Voice, IPTV).
• In depth knowledge of FTTx solutions and GPON architecture.
• Providing remote FTTH support for high value customers.
• Good understanding of OSF fiber access network.
• Experience in Siebel/CRM.
