Job description / Role
Involvement in all aspects of the transaction process including sourcing, analysis and execution of investment opportunities across sectors including due diligence, financial modelling, deal structuring and negotiation and creation of all investment committee materials

Description
* Sources, researches, analyses and evaluates a variety of private equity investment opportunities and contributes to the overall evaluation process
* Manage a pool of junior analysts and associates
* Ability to evaluate complex dynamic financial models and valuation analysis including DCF, LBO, precedent transactions and comparable company analysis
* Takes part in due diligence activities which include appraisal of company's past and projected financial performance, quality of its management teams, investment merits and risks, expected returns, regulatory investment, market attractiveness, industry dynamics, company competitive position and other relevant deal return drivers
* Negotiation on key terms for all investment deal documentations - SPA, SHA, Term sheets, etc.

Requirements
* MUST be an Arabic speaker
* At least 6+ years of experience from a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, or sovereign wealth fund
* Experience across the entire deal cycle, having worked on multiple transactions especially M&A deals
* Candidate should have a strong deal sheet with significant deal closures
* You should have a degree from a top-tier university
* CFA and/or MBA is preferred
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills as well as strong communication and presentation skills
* Willingness and ability to relocate and be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia full time
