Job description / Role
- Formulate and document all standards, specifications and criteria of technical services according to the desired brand positioning and competitive advantages.
- Carry out preliminary assessment on each potential hotel management deal.
- Provide all technical services required for projects relating to new built, reflagging, retrofitting and repairs &maintenance in a timely and professional manner.
- Benchmark all standards, specification and criteria of technical services against the competition to maintain a distinctive edge as well as monitoring security, health & safety.
- Formulate yearly technical services plan and budget for implementation.
- Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.
- Monitor employees' work levels and review work performance.
- Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, or replacement parts.
Requirements
- +10 years of experience with reputable hotel company providing technical consultancy expertise.
- Very good English communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
- Knowledge of business and management principles.
