Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose

Purpose: To foster a positive and productive workplace culture that upholds the mental, emotional, and physical health of all employees.

Key Accountability Areas

Welfare Policy Development and Implementation: Formulate and enforce policies and procedures ensuring employee well-being and compliance with contractual and legal norms.

Inter-Departmental Coordination for Employee Support: Collaborate with HR, management, and other departments to support employees in areas like health, safety, and work-life balance.

Employee Guidance and Counseling: Offer counsel and advice to employees on both professional and personal matters.

Management of Welfare Programs: Oversee and assess the effectiveness of various employee welfare initiatives.

Regulatory Compliance and Advisory: Stay informed about welfare regulations and trends, advising management on policy updates.

Immigration & Emigration Compliance: Ensure adherence to immigration and emigration requirements as specified in project contracts.

Staff Welfare and Community Engagement: Organize activities that enhance staff welfare, promote cross-cultural interaction, and foster a sense of community.

Welfare Standards Assessment and Reporting: Conduct self-assessment of Workers Welfare Standards, devise rectification plans, and prepare comprehensive reports.

Leadership Engagement in Welfare Matters: Work with senior management to lead and oversee worker welfare issues.

Inspection and Reporting: Perform accommodation and kitchen inspections, ensuring timely resolution of any issues to meet client and consultant expectations.

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain meticulous records and reports related to employee welfare programs and activities.

Academic Qualification
Bachelor Degree

Work Experience
6 to 10 Years
