On behalf of our client a multinational shipping company that is based in Sharjah we are looking to recruit an Indian Male Recruitment Manager. Reporting to the Head of HR you will be responsible for managing all recruitment function, provide advice on recruitment processes and policies, ensure that hiring needs are fulfilled in a timely, cost effective manner and managing the PSL of suitable recruitment agencies.
Requirements
The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, have significant experience as in an house recruiter at a commercial entity, hands on experience managing a small HR and recruitment team with fluency in English
