Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Effective Coordination for the snags / Defects between Property owners and Site Contractor within the Community Premises.
- Issuance of Payment Receipts.
- Successful Property Handover.
- Communicating with the client their property ownership Documents.
- Service Charge communication with Place Management and .
- Daily Show Villas Inspection.
- Assist the Property Manager in the annual tendering of FM services.
- Resolve all Client related matters with regards to the Sales Centre.
- Successful maintain and operate the MySTrata Property portal and
- Assist the Property Manager with regards to Administrative tasks regarding community management, customer relations, security, cleaning, landscaping and MEP.
- Compilation of standard monthly and weekly reports on behalf of the Property Management department.

Requirements

- Graduate with preference to a qualification administration or property industry.
- 5-7 years functional experience.
- Middle East Experience;

Functional Knowledge:
- Standard knowledge Real Estate discipline, administration and property management.
- A basic knowledge of office management.
- Internal Controls
- Reporting and analysis
- IT Capabilities

Technical Competencies:
- Good Communication skills
- Planning and organisational skills
- Good understanding of IT business tools

The Wave, a joint venture with the government of Oman to develop Muscats largest ocean-front integrated community; Al Zahia, a joint venture with the Government of Sharjah, to build the Emirates first gated residential community with a regional mall in a prime growth corridor; The 250,000 sqm Waterfront City development in Beirut, Lebanon, a joint venture with Socit Joseph Khoury & Fils Holding SAL to build Beiruts premier mixed used community with one of the largest marinas in the Mediterranean.
