Job description / Role
Our Client is the leading global engineering, construction and project management company in the fields of Advanced Technology Facilities, Life Science & Chemicals, Energy & Environment Technologies and High-Tech Infrastructure. They are currently seeking a Commercial Manager to join them in Singapore.
The successful candidate will be required to manage all commercial management, contract administration, and project control of the scheme including estimating, Bid development, producing regular cost and variation reports, and reconciliation. Ensuring all systems and reporting are adapted to client and project requirements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be: Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying Membership to professional body i.e. MRICS
The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years’ experience in Quantity Surveyor/ Commercial Manager, ideally with a minimum 2 year international experience.
Knowledge of Contract Conditions including (FIDIC) Experience in preparing and negotiating the legal and commercial aspects of sizeable construction contracts.
Proven track record in implementing company procedures.
