(Biopharma) Facilities & Utilities C+Q Lead - Singapore - 16 Months Extendable
The Company MNC - Pharmaceutical and Biotech manufacturer
The Working Week Minimum of 45 hours / weeks
The Rate Negotiable Dependent on Experience and Availability
Location: Tuas, Singapore
Start Date: March 2016
Contract Duration:16 Months Extendable
Brownfield biopharmaceutical expansion project for single use biopharmaceuticals bulk production.
Multinational API and BioPharmaceutical Manufacturing company.
The function will be to plan, supervise and manage all works associated with walkdown, commissioning and qualification of the following systems:
- BMS Control
- Fire Protection
- ACMV (HVAC) and Booths/ BSC/ Cabinets
- Black Utilities
- Clean rooms/ Architectural finishes
- Electrical systems
Requirements
- Degree Qualified in Engineering or Facility Management disciplines (Chemical, Mechanical, Facility, Industrial, Quality or Pharmaceutical Engineering)
- 10 + yrs of experience in Biotech or Pharmaceutical cGMP experience
- Broad knowledge of engineering disciplines, commissioning, compliance, qualification and quality aspects of biopharma or pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Expert in HVAC, Utility and Cleanroom Technology
- Has successfully defended systems before FDA, EMA etc. inspections
- Has lead teams, managed schedule and reported to management on team performance.
- Extended documentation experience. Excellent technical writing skills. Expert GMP/QA knowledge.
