NRI Team Head - Singapore Relocation

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Head to join our banking team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking operations, leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving team performance and delivering exceptional customer service. As the Team Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of banking professionals, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of banking professionals, including setting clear goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business targets, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, process improvements, and customer acquisition initiatives.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion and service enhancements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Salary:
AED 38,000 to 50,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: High variable pay out, Team revenue override, relocation package

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in banking, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding business targets, driving operational excellence, and implementing process improvements.
- Strong understanding of banking regulations, risk management, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans, and make data-driven decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and effectively manage multiple priorities.
