Job description / Role
Permanent role/Long term duration.
Client is a leading global construction and engineering with offices across the globe. They have 5 offices in South Africa and working on some of the world’s greatest and the largest coal-fired power station.
We are currently seeking a Commercial Manager to be based on site at Lephalale (Town in South Africa – Remote location with over 1000’s of inhabitants working on the project).
You will be mainly responsible for administrating and managing all commercial and contractual matters relating to a specific elements of the project.
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or Equivalent
- Member of RICS.
- At least 10 years’ experience in commercial management roles.
- Extensive FIDIC Experience and knowledge
- Power project experience would be beneficial.
