Requirements

As part of their growth they are looking to source a number of senior individuals from several Product Development categories with either UK or European experience. To be considered you must have a demonstrably highly successful career to date, either from a leading food retailer, a major food manufacturer or from a sector leading foodservice brand. These are senior leadership roles so will focus on the strategic plan and its delivery through teams of people. You need to be able to show a string of successes in your recent job roles, whether that be innovative product range launches or the direction of consumer insight driven initiatives.

Remuneration and relocation details will be discussed at interview. Successful candidates will be interviewed via Skype, then in London and finally will be flown to Cape Town for final assessment.
