Employment: Full Time

Job Summary:
The Construction Planning Engineer is responsible for seeking out and managing Construction Scheduling and Planning work during EPC Project execution stage. The role involves construction integrate planning and managing with understanding of Engineering, Procurement, Construction Activities, Relation, WBS, Manpower, Quantities and Productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Construction Planning / Scheduling
• Coordinate and Develop a plan to complete a construction project execution based on schedule, available resource.
• Prepare construction plan that detail project status and any issues that may arise during construction.
• Develop and maintain Planned Schedule with Actual Update.
• Coordinate with Contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth construction project execution.

Reporting:
• Prepare Periodical planning reports with analysis of construction status.
• Managing and review subcontractor’s construction status report(periodical report, planning report etc.)
• Advanced Work Package (Work Face Planner)
• Ensure that the project’s AWP processes and procedures are complete and up to date.
• Work with Engineering, Procurement team to develop CWP planning and schedule.
• Managing Construction Work Area(CWA), and Construction Work Package(CWP) based planning with change management.
• Support and supervise execution of EWP, CWP, IWP schedule.
• Data Analysis & visualization
• Keep accurate records of the construction progress (quantity, manpower etc.) for the analysis and future reference.
• Establish & Visualize self-explainable schedule dashboard. (dashboard includes Gantt chart, drawing / material readiness status, AWP status etc.)

Salary:
USD 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in Construction Scheduler / Planner in EPC Companies. EPC companies are limited to JGC, Fluor or equivalent company which is listed in CII. (Construction Industry Institute - AWP Section)
• Bachelor's degree in engineering major qualification.
• 10+ years - Proven experience in Field Construction Planning Management within the EPC industry, with a strong understanding of the entire Construction Planning process.
• Working experience performing AWP operation leader, or working in schedule/planning department at H.Q to generate such as standard schedule process or planning automation system.
• Good communication skills to establish and managing construction schedule with relative parties include subcontractor, inter-disciplines and others.
• Data analysis & visualization ability to connect engineering & procurement data by using Power Query, Power BI, Python etc.
• Any certifications related to the data analytics ex) Google, IBM, analyst professional certifications or certifications related to the schedule management ex) PMI-SP (Schedule professional)
• Proficiency with Primavera and Microsoft Project, Excel, Strong knowledge of planning and data management with report.
