The Finance Graduate Development Programme offers employment to fresh graduates who distinguished themselves by obtaining high academic standards from recognised Universities locally and abroad. These graduates are provided with the opportunity to begin and progress their careers with the DAL Group Companies in an environment that fosters professional development through training, coaching, mentoring, on-the-job exposures and project participation. The programme focusses on attracting, developing and retaininghigh potential young graduates for the future leadership roles within any of the DAL Group businesses.
Successful young graduates are placed on intensive 24-month graduate development programme in order to develop an in-depth knowledge of DAL’s business environment and different operations. Candidates enrolled into the programme will get a structured training programme to gain the ACCA which is an internationally recognized professional qualification.At the end of the 24 months programme, the candidates are offered suitable employment within an accelerated career progression track and are absorbed into the talent management pool of DAL Group.

Requirements
- A high quality recent Degree (First class or Second Class Upper) in Finance or Accounting fields from a reputed Sudanese or foreign University.
- An age limit of 25 years
Required Skills & Knowledge:
- Fluency in English
- Strong aspiration of building career within DAL
- Active participation in extracurricular activities
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- A high sense of maturity and intelligence
- Fast learner with an outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
