Market Area Leader - Maghreb

The Packaging Division of a large Food Packaging Machinery Manufacturer company is looking for a Market Area Leader- Maghreb who can drive sustainable profitable growth in the Market Area according to agreed strategies and plans.

Missions: The Market Area Leader is responsible for customer and Key Account Management in the Maghreb Area as well as the operational management of the markets as delegated by Projects and Technical Sales & Service Cluster Leaders.

Key responsibilities:
- Drives Sales
- Define annual sales budget and medium term targets for the area of responsibility with the support of the Packaging Cluster Leader
- Maintain agreed and adequate customer data
- Execute local strategies in all business opportunities
- Ensure compliance to prevailing policies.
- Drive productivity through utilization of mandatory global processes and tools.
- Drive seamless and transparent cooperation within the company’s entities
- Maintain necessary level of product knowledge

Requirements

- Technical or commercial background
- At least 10 years experience in customer management relationship preferably within food machinery industry and with similar experience in Maghreb area.
- Good French and English command both verbal and written
- Customer oriented
- Leadership and management skills
- Ability to drive for results
