Contract and Claims Engineer

Contract and Claims Engineer will be working in 'company' main office in Istanbul, Turkey. Duties will include providing guidance on contractual issues to the relevant operating line divisions supervising the Works, providing detailed analysis of claims for the Employer, preparing referrals to and participating in hearings with the Dispute Adjudication Board (s) and contributing to other contractual and claims related activities.

Requirements

- Qualified Civil Engineer
- 15 total years of experience, 10 of which will be relevant to the position and a particular interest in and aptitude for contractual matters.
- FIDIC contracts, including the 1999 editions
- Design and build contracts; experience with FIDIC EPC/T will be highly regarded.
- Dispute Adjudication/Resolution Boards.
- Cost Analysis and time-impact analysis.
- Contracts is English, must have the ability to explain complex contractual positions cogently in both spoken and written English is essential.
