Program Objectives:

• Calculate and use HR analytics and KPIs to devise operational Employee Relations strategies.
• Conduct and interpret results of employee satisfaction surveys.
• Differentiate between coaching and counseling and apply both within work environment.
• Analyze performance management data to report and advice on performance and productivity.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze results to reduce turnover.

Employees in the function of Employee Relations, Human Resources or Personnel and Administration who are directly or indirectly responsible for providing support services to employees and other functions in the organization.
