Job description / Role
• Produce, design, and decorate custom cakes covered in both buttercream and fondant
• Neatly and accurately sculpt two-dimensional and three-dimensional figures using fondant, gum paste, modelling chocolate, etc
• Ensure effective implementation of tare and portion adjustments
• Supervise efficient pouring of meringue and cream filling and tops filling into pie shells
• Manage all mixing of colors for icings and make sugar ornaments
• Prepare and sell good decorated cakes, cupcakes and other products as per the cake manual
• Ensure effective implementation of tare and portion adjustments
Requirements
• Male /Female, 40 years old and below
• Open to Any nationals
• Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts or any related certificates
• With at least 3 years working experience as a 3D Cake Chef
• Ability to use various cake decorating instruments and tools
• Willing to work 6 days a week and 8 hours per day
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Artistic and creative
• Excellent time management skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Effective communication skills
