Academic Programs Supervisor

Job description / Role

To provide effective support for the institute towards academic affairs matters, academic curriculum, teaching faculty, graduate student academic performance and developing and managing policies.

The successful candidates will lead all activities related to accreditation and ensure compliance with legal and government regulations. Serve as point of contact to any issue related to Graduate Education as well as provides graduate and academic advising and counselling for current and prospective graduate students.

Prepare, plan and implement orientation sessions for new students at the beginning of each academic year and Identify and develop all course offerings to be included in every semester’s schedule

Requirements

The candidate shoudl posses strong leadership, strategic thinking, analytical thinking, team work and decision making skills, strong administrative and organizational skills with Master’s degree from a recognized university with at least 5 years working experience in an educational organization/academic affairs field.
