Intelligent Partners has been chosen to partner with the Abu Dhabi Educational Council (ADEC), the leading education provider in UAE to recruit skilled, qualified teachers.

Intelligent Partners are hiring Academic Vice Principals for ADEC.

Abu Dhabi Education Council (A.D.E.C) is a government organization responsible for all educational initiatives from early childhood to higher education for Public Institutions in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

To fill these vacancies we seek qualified, skilled and talented individuals who are willing to be an integral part of this educational reform.

Requirements

- Language Proficiency: English speaking fluency must be native or equivalent
- Qualification: Masters in Education
- Experience: Minimum 3 years recent Principal or 5 years recent VP experience in a LARGE school
(No summer program principals, no rural school principals)
- Driving License

Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: Tax free MONTHLY salary upto AED 29,750 ( US$ 8,100)
- Accommodation: Unfurnished Accommodation provided (depending on family size and availability)
- Furniture/Relocation allowance: AED 20,000 (approx. US$5,445). This is an one-time allowance
- Health Insurance: Comprehensive health plan covered for teacher, spouse and up to 3 children
- Flight Tickets: Initial trip from home country to UAE and repatriation tickets for teacher and family
- Summer vacation: Summer holidays and all national holidays
- Working Week: Sunday to Thursday (30 to 40 hours per week)
- School Timings: Generally 7 am to 1 pm OR 8 am to 2 pm
- Contract Length: Three years’ work contract
- End of service bonus: One month basic salary (for every year) at the end of the contract
