Job description / Role

The power, process & nuclear division works within four main sectors which include the following: - nuclear, defence, industry and process and power civil's. The division has long standing relationships with some of the key clients in this sector.
We are actively seeking an access instructor to join our client based onsite near Abu Dhabi. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work within a specialist nuclear organisation.
Job Spec:
* Training program development and implementation
* Support needs analysis to formulate recommendations for training and non-training solution
* Develop objectives and examination tools to support training material design
* Develop training material to meet program needs
* Maintain training materials to ensure they remain current
* Conduct technical training on access related topics
* Training program administration and improvement
* Develop training plans as required to support training needs
* Collect and analyze attendant's feedback (management team members and students) regarding training to identify improvement opportunities
* Training expertise and support
* Support subject matter experts in training material development, maintenance and implementation to ensure training effectiveness
* Provide input for development and maintenance of training schedules to support training implementation
* Provide input for and conduct reviews of e-learning modules under development to ensure training requirements and standards are incorporated
* Provide input on required training facilities, equipment, materials and qualifications to ensure effective training program
* Facilitate communication both internally and externally in order to build and nurture mutually beneficial working relationships
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 4 years or more of experience in plant access training in the commercial nuclear (or related) industry in fields related to security, operations, emergency preparedness, maintenance or engineering. They will also have a Bachelor's degree and classroom instructor certification.
Post based in Abu Dhabi with travel. Please note accommodation, subsistence and travel to and from site is included - mobilisation to and from UAE is also provided as well as a tax free salary.
