Account Coordinator (Wellness)

Job description / Role

- Be a point of contact for client relations after the sales process, working together in teams or independently, to communicate and role out for clients the life vest program.
- Maintain wellness program for clients through effective communication, delivery of instructor’s notes, sharing of participation handbooks and structured session plans agreed with Wellness team.
- Inspire wellness clients and their teams through motivational relationships over the phone or in person to affect a positive outcome.
- Support the sales process by communicating follow up programs to existing clients.
- Identify improvements to procedures and processes towards smarter relationships and delivery.
- Provide client service for client and their participants
- Receive, research and respond to troubleshooting issues from clients/intermediaries
- Guide clients on the life vest and follow up programs and processes.
- Update knowledge and exchange information related to program decisions and activities.
- Communicate and work effectively within MetLife values, policies, and strategies
- Any other duties that from time to time may be required from within this role.

Duration: 1 year contract

Requirements

- Educated to Degree level preferably in business
- 3 years plus experience in corporate environment interfacing with organizations and stakeholder
