Client is an award winning experiential event agency is searching for a new Arabic speaking Account Director to join their team.
This opportunity is to work for a well established and dynamic event management agency based in Dubai is for an experienced and creative Account Director to join their growing business. The agency specialises in live events, marcoms and experiential marketing and therefore has a diverse customer base nationally and regionally.
The successful candidate will be heading up the unit which services the pitch process for the agency. They will be in charge of pitching the pipeline of new business leads that are generated by the growth team - an exciting opportunity for a highly creative candidate who enjoys the challenge of converting leads into new business through outstanding, out of the box pitches.
Requirements
A proven track record of working at a senior level with a variety of clients and proven staff management experience is essential as well as fluency in both English and Arabic.
If you are an excellent Senior Account / Project Director with good leadership and strategic skills, outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent organisational skills, an ability to work under pressure to deadlines whilst delivering on time and budget and are ambitious, enthusiastic and driven then this is the job for you!
Client is offering an attractive salary package of AED 27,000 - 30,000 + + to the successful candidate.
