Account Director - PR

Job description / Role

Client is a leading PR Agency is looking for an experienced Account Director to join their growing corporate team.

The main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Heading a PR team of account managers and account executives
- Motivating, training and developing the PR team, ensuring team performance
- Overseeing the management of the day to day running of the PR team
- Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive account management which include regular face to face meetings and liaison
- Responsible for developing client communications strategies
- Budgeting programs and managing financial aspects of the client relationship, assuming full P&L responsibility for divisional performance
- Developing and delivering presentations to clients and prospective clients

Requirements

- Bachelor degree preferably in Mass communication
- 5 years minimum experience in a Media, Public Relation agency
- Team management experience
- Financial experience on managing accounts (budgets/ costing etc.)
- Proven records of complete client servicing management
- Business development
- Quality control management
