Account Manager - Dubai

An established company with aviation clients is seeking an Account Manager to join the team in Dubai. Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Manager will be responsible for developing email, SMS and online communications, process improvement and strategic coordination of projects using their knowledge of current trends to maximize revenue potential.

In order to be considered for this role you must be fluent in written and spoken Arabic.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Responsible for coaching team members, monitoring their performance and completing appraisals.
* Responsible for team output in terms of quality and accuracy
* Responsible for the on-boarding of new team members including internal introductions to the company.
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients on a daily basis with support of the Account Director
* Development of email, SMS and online communications as well as segmenting broadcast groups on behalf of the client.
* Responsible for the financial management and reporting and providing accurately costing's in a timely manner seeking support from the Account Director as appropriate
* Manage Account Executive resources where utilized and required to assist with client deliverable.
* Promote company services to the client actively focusing on opportunities for cross selling and developing your clients work portfolio.
* Management of all business communications delegating to Account Executives as and when appropriate.
* Manage all internal department briefings and the amends process ensuring reliable, consistent and accurate briefs are completed.

Requirements

* Previous people management experience is mandatory including coaching and mentoring, delegation, resource management and on-boarding
* Minimum 2 years experience in an Account Management position. Preferably within the aviation industry.
* Marketing Communications and Business Development experience in an agency environment is preferable with a good working knowledge of sales techniques and client product development.
* The successful candidate will be able to evaluate campaigns and develop insight for future campaigns.
