Account Manager

Job description / Role

- Manage the Company’s accounting functions efficiently and effectively in line with the best professional finance practices to supporting the Company’s business effectiveness.
- Supervise the work related to banking facilities & transactions, imports/exports related documents, cost management, cash flow operations and statements.
- Supervise the work related to the company’s financial accounting & record keeping, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and sales internal control.
- Implement the financial policies, systems, procedures and controls for the Finance Department.
- Provide top management with data and analyses during Board meetings, in contractual negotiations etc. to help them make decisions on these matters.
- Prepare periodic statutory reports and returns accurately and on time to meet Company’s needs.
- Establish and maintain satisfactory working relationships with external agencies such as Banks, financial institutions and auditors.
- Conduct performance appraisals and make reward recommendations, designation changes, succession plans, team building & motivation programs reflects in employee retention.
- Liaison with the accounts team and external auditors for annual audit purposes.
- Maintaining oversight of talent acquisition for the group in accounts department by taking interviews.
- Provide ad-hoc reports as required.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related to duties as assigned.

Requirements

QUALIFICATION: University Certificate. Required qualification to perform the job,
Language English, Basic Arabic , Urdu
EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience
