Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact within the agency.
• Understanding Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of the client's business, industry, objectives, and target audience to effectively guide and advise them.
• Project Management: Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of projects and campaigns, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.
• Client Briefing: Gather and document client requirements, objectives, and expectations, and effectively communicate them to internal teams for project execution.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as creative, strategy, media, and production to develop and deliver high-quality solutions that meet client objectives.
• Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring profitability for both the agency and the client.
• Proposal Development: Assist in the creation of project proposals, including scoping, pricing, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client needs and agency capabilities.
• Creative Briefing: Collaborate with the agency's creative team to develop compelling and effective solutions that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing clients with regular reports and insights to measure success, optimize strategies, and propose improvements.
• Upselling and Account Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services and offerings to existing clients, driving account growth and revenue generation.
• Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.
• Market and Industry Awareness: Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients.
• Contract Management: Manage client contracts, ensuring compliance and timely renewals or extensions.
• Client Presentations: Conduct client presentations, effectively communicating project progress, results, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in account management within an agency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable recommendations.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
