Employment: Full Time

- Value propositions with leading solution providers, e.g. VARs, system integrators, and OEMs who are important to win in long-term and short-term opportunities.
- Manage existing clients whilst maintaining a real element of a business development aspect of our product portfolio.
- Focus recruitment of partners within primary markets in the MENA region.
- Promote executive engagement on an ongoing basis to ensure key strategies for increasing the footprint in our partner customer accounts.
- Manage and monitor the channel business forecast and report to management
- Lead business initiatives and central channel programs in alignment with corporate guidance and channel strategy
- Work with partners to demonstrate how our products and technologies can be integrated in their offerings to deliver a higher return on investment
- Engage the relevant internal Red Hat resources on training, education, and readiness programs for both distributor and downstream partners in the region.
- Focus on the entire customer business revenue (commercial) for the region and promote business through the partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate with other verticals to help promote their business objectives through the partner ecosystem

Requirements

- Deep understanding and extensive network of high-value contacts throughout the Middle East enterprise software channel ecosystem
- Proven experience as a channels thought leader; ability to take ownership and responsibility for a fast-moving and growing market
- Proven ability to significantly increase revenue and a record of managing organizations that deliver targeted sales and market share numbers
- Ability to strategically identify and build relationships with the appropriate channel partners.
- Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to an ever-changing work environment
- Knowledgeable and passionate about information technologies, e.g.Microsoft, SAS, HP and Citrix
- Ability to effectively think strategically and influence cross-functional partner teams
- English language skills; Arabic is a must.
- Willingness to travel up to 75%
