Job description / Role
- Contributing to the overall efficiency of brand communication by instilling an element of consumer relevancy at every stage of the creative development process.
- Supporting an ‘Effectiveness culture’ within the agency and leverage it to the best advantage of brand communication.
- Attending client briefings to identify the scope/role of Account Planning.
- Identifying and commissioning advertising research on key accounts to develop and evaluate communication that is insightful and effective.
- Interpreting client briefs and converting to inspiring creative briefings which are on-target at the same time.
- Working with CS team and PD to develop and fine-tune creative strategies and communication strategies.
- Working with line managers in implementing and applying Y&R Planning tools to raise levels of expertise personally, as well as the department and the agency overall
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in communications planning.
- In-depth automotive experience: at least 2-3 years.
- Preferably someone with a personal passion to automotive.
- A thought-process that is consumer driven, yet incorporates client objectivity.
- Sound advertising thinking and experience across industry sectors.
- Thorough knowledge of the Saudi consumer and market.
- Able to travel within the GCC.
- Should be Arabic speaking male.
- Desirable: Additional courses in Account Planning
- Advanced numerical skills, able to analyze research data into insights.
- Incisive thinking, strong written and spoken language skills.
- Solid Q&Q Research and analytical thinking.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Training and Inter-personnel skills
