Employment: Full Time

Job Title: Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and business goals.
• Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and mentorship to help them achieve their individual and team targets.
• Sales Planning: Develop sales plans, forecasts, and budgets, and monitor performance against these plans.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, generate leads, and oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues or concerns.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for senior management.
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
• Sales Training: Provide ongoing training and development for sales team members to improve their skills and product knowledge.
• Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of sales team members and provide feedback and performance reviews.
• Budget Management: Manage the sales department budget effectively.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.
• Compliance: Ensure that the sales team operates in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree may be preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to travel (if required by the role).
• Valid driver's license (if required for the role).

Requirements

• Proactively initiated the delivery of multiple Proof of Concepts, effectively
• illustrating the tangible value of Cybersecurity Solutions and demonstrated
• strong negotiation skills by securing contracts and favorable pricing
• agreements.These solutions included technologies such as Splunk SIEMSOAR,
• Imperva DDOS-DAM, Rapid7, Crowdstrike, Checkpoint, and
• CyberArk PAM-CIM.
