Job description / Role
As an accountant, you will be responsible for financial reporting, month-end close and general ledger maintenance. You will also implement new accounting processes and help manage the year-end audit.
Accountant General Job Duties:
- Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
- Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice.
- Evaluates and reconciles profit plans, operating records, etc
- Report to management regarding the finances of establishment.
- Control administrative expense budgeted and related payments
- Research payment questions as needed, communicate with partners on payment related queries
- Payroll
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- Good knowledge of IFRS
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
- 3-6 years of experience preferable in payment systems, finance, banking ( at less one year in UAE)
- Bilingual: Russian and English
