Accountant

Job description / Role

Temporary position for 4-6 months starting from October 2015.

Bank operations:
- Handling Petty Cash (cash delivery, balance control)
- Cash call and weekly budget control
- Payments (checking docs before payment, Preparing payment registries and getting approval, payment run in SAP, uploading to Citidirect, checking bank details and adding additional information for payments to Russia, Jordan )
- Uploading bank statements (exporting bank statement from Ciridirect and uploading to SAP)
- Clearing technical accounts (relocating income, clear bank charges and exch rate difference, repost PV in case payment released by bank in other day)
- Providing with payment confirmation responsible ppl (upon request)
- Cheques (issuing Cheques, Posting transaction in SAP, depositing cheques to bank, Clearing technical accounts)
- Dealing with bank about payment clarification (some additional info requested by bank)
- Credit card info
- Filing
- End of the month providing finance department with account balances

Business trip expenses accounting:
- Collecting documents supporting business trip expenses from employees.
- Posting expenses to accounting system.
- Payments of business trips advances and reimbursements of expenses control.
- Performing SAP procedures of reconciliation advances and expenses.

Requirements

- Higher education in accounting, economics, finance.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of Russian and English languages.
- Working knowledge of SAP.
- Readiness for work on a temporary position.
