Job Description:
- Administers Sage 50 accounting system.
- Examining and analyzing accounting records.
- Prepares financial reports and analysis.
- Prepares financial statements.

Requirements

- Assumes all the details of daily accounting operations from recording, accrual, invoicing, and account reconciliations, inventory control, monthly closing, manages general ledger, financial analyses and reports.
- Responsible for processing the monthly payroll for regular and commissioned employees.
- Deals with the bank in all banking transactions and responsible for monthly bank reconciliation.
- Handles accounts receivable and collection.
- Handles accounts payable, deals with suppliers for purchases and payments.
- Handles and monitors budget, analysis variances.
- Cash flow forecasting and preparation of financial position monthly.
- Handling and coordination of medical insurance; addition and deletion of members, claims, reconciliation and annual renewal process.
- Meet with the partners to discuss financial operation.
- Coordinate with external management advisors.
- Responsible for the Consolidation of Financial Statement for the 3 branches.
- Manages the year-end audit process and assist external auditor.
- Preparation of other ad hoc reports.
