Accountant

Job description / Role

- Consolidating the monthly and yearly financial reports of Etoile Group
- Checking all inter-company transactions and reconciliations
- Analyzing the monthly and yearly financial reports
- Handling P&L analysis for new openings and projects
- Handling 2 brands for the buying budget analysis and consolidation
- Performing Ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements

- Registered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant
- At least 5 years of experience as an Accountant or Analyst in a Retail or Trading business, handling or assisting the closing of the company books every end of the month and for the year-end audit
- Preferably has experience in the full Accounting cycle - Accounts Payable, General Accounting, Cash Reconciliation, Inventory Reconciliation, etc.
- Should at least have 2 years of experience in supervising or leading a team
- Should have excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is not a requirement)
- Should possess strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to make well-thought out decisions
- Should have the ability to adapt quickly and learn new tasks independently and within a team
