Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

General Accountant
AED 12000 + Benefits.

• Maintains cash flow by monitoring bank balances and cash requirements.
• Monitoring daily routine accounting transactions
• Preparing the Receivables every week for the customers
• Preparing the Payments to supplier on monthly basis.
• Reconciliations of accounts weekly and monthly basis – bank, suppliers, Customers, G/L, cash, petty cash.
• Cash & petty cash management
• Payment of salaries calculations of overtime for employees as per norms
• Preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet
• Preparation of monthly Budgets
• Preparation and Presentation of Financial Statement for Management.
• Preparation of Auditing Reports & other Financial Statements
• Preparation of Various MIS Reports, Analysis & Decision Making
• Preparing all the closing entries each month with Depreciation, Prepaid expenses, Provision. Etc.
• Finalizing the year with the auditors.

Trade Finance
• Issuing the all kind of import Letter of credit from the banks.
• Monitoring all suppliers LC’S closely from acceptance till final payments.
• Monitoring the Banking facilities.
• Submitting the Banking facility reports to the management weekly basis.
• Dealing all the export LC coming from the customer & guiding to logistic for finalising.
• Dealing with Banks for DAA, Avalized CAD.
• Dealing with Banks in the issues related to export and import documents.
• Preparing the TR reports.
• Vast knowledge in discounting export Bills, Changing the LC to TR.

Requirements

• You will have a Bachelor’s Degree with Majors in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Accounting.
• You will be a Lebanese National.
