Job description / Role
Accounts Payable:
. Enter supplier invoices for goods
. Enter the import invoices
. Register and issue an overhead invoice
. Follow the invoice validation circuit
. Keep the contract tracking table and track deadlines
. Payment of suppliers according to the deadlines
. Predict the impact of bills and assets on inventory
Client compatibility:
. Billing
. Save settlements in customer accounts
. Track and justify late payments
. Follow the treatment of outstanding customers in collaboration with the commercial
. Prepare a monthly report on the status of delays
. Provide a report on the status of cut-off providers
General Accounting:
. Master the accounting plan
. Record a bank entry
. Completing bank reconciliations
. Establish VAT, VAT exemption and enter the entries
. Understand, enter and validate an expense report
Customer / supplier relationship:
. Answering customers / suppliers over the phone
. Sending reminders in case of late payment
. Defending the interests of companies
Data processing:
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
. Proficiency in Navision and Acropolis
Financial:
. Exploit financial information procedures
. Use payment methods
. Monitor the outstanding on NAVISION and know how to establish a financial information request
Requirements
. Experienced accountant with at least 4 years of professional experience
. Good knowledge in the UAE laws including VAT.
. Proficiency in English and French.
. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
. Proficiency in Microsoft NAVISION
