Job description / Role
• Coding invoices and expenses to the GL
• Coding to multiple business units
• Daily accounting transactions
• Account analysis and reconciliation
• Payment Issuance (checks issuance and transfers to suppliers)
• EFT's and Cheque runs
• Bank & Suppliers reconciliations
• Coordination with Stores and Banks, as needed
• Provide support for audit & other reportorial requirements
Requirements
• Experienced in AX Dynamics
• Holding an Accounting designation: CPA, ACCA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent organizational, problem solving and time management skills
• Ability to manage change effectively
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and able to handle last minute changes
• Professional, tactful and diplomatic when dealing with internal and external persons
