Accountant & Admin Manager - Paints and Manufacturing - Arabic Speaking

Salary up to 16,000
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

One of our reputed clients, is expanding and are now seeking an experienced Accounts and Admin Manager. Reporting to the COO, the candidate will be responsible to handle the Accounts and Admin related activities.

Responsibilities:
- Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
- Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
- Assist in determining the company's proper capital structure.
- Check and analyze return of cash and creates data report for cash flow.
- Direct and coordinate organization's financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency.
- Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
- Assist management in the formulation of its overall strategic direction.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and timely calculations of wage incentives, commissions, and salaries for the staff ensuring compliance with staff contracts and group policy.
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and ensure a disaster recovery plan is in place.
- Oversee business insurance plans and health care coverage analysis.
- Oversee the maintenance of the inventory of all fixed assets, including assets purchased with shared service funds (Group computers/software, etc.) assuring all are in accordance with local regulations.
- Provide COO with an operating budget. Work with the COO to ensure success through cost analysis support, and compliance with all contractual and legal requirements. This includes: 1) interpreting legislative rules and regulations to ensure compliance with all local, national and contractual guidelines, 2) ensuring that all government regulations and requirements are disseminated to appropriate personnel, and 3) monitoring compliance.
- Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company.
- Manage the capital budgeting process, based on constraint analysis and discounted cash flow analysis.
- Ensuring incoming materials and outgoing materials are recorded and controlled.
- Ensuring inventory data is correct and updated.
- Heading the Administration with overall responsibility of the factory reporting to Factory Manager
- Preparing Company memos, announcements related to Factory issues.
- Ensure all company licenses and insurance policies remain up to date and levels applicable to the Group are appropriate
- Daily inspection of the facility to ensure HSE is maintained at the highest level.
- Ensure that all locations are maintained at no fire risk.
- Immediate reporting to COO of any HSE incident that requires action and perform the required action.
- Ensure all company legal and regulatory documents that are need to be held securely at the Factory
- Monitor staff lease, vehicle registration and other related issues.
- Monitor and control administrative consumable materials and maintain at suitable levels. Monitor and control communal areas at suitable levels such as pantry, toilets, and offices. Ensure all company assets are used in an appropriate manner and group information is held securely

Requirements

- Only Arabic speaking candidates should apply.

- Any Account related education background
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience and should have related experience in Paints or Chemical Industry
- UAE experience is a must

The company operational requirements entail the candidate to work from Saturday to Wednesday 8am – 6pm and Thursday 8am – 2pm.
