Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Assures that accounting records are prepared and maintained in accordance with the organization’s accounting policies, chart of accounts and related accounting principles and practices, and that subordinate ledgers reconcile with the general ledger.
- Collaborates with management to develop schedules, procedures, and systems to enable the timely and informative accumulation, adjustment, and reporting of financial data.
- Maintain good document filing for easy retrieving, auditing and tax:
- Check expense voucher to ensure all the applications are compliant with Company policy
- Posting of invoices with detail PO number and etc.
- Generate payment-run proposal and timely payment handling.
- Inter-company reconciliation with HQ, bank reconciliation and etc.
- Accounts Payable ageing preparation.
- Prepayment, accrual and down payment follow up.
- Expense Report tracking and filing (follow up on report rejection and filing)
- Vendor invoice posting and filing
- Bank payment posting and filing
- Tax return filing
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Booking of Purchases, Expense/Provision Accounting etc.
- Customer Accounting, Reconciliation etc.
- Handling Suppliers' payment & follow up with Creditors on disputes/reconciling items.
- Closing Entries for Finalization of Accounts
- Cash Flow & Balance Sheet Schedule preparation.
- Reports (for supplementing Balance Sheet Accounts movements and analysis).

Requirements

Candidate must have 10 years of Experience in UAE as a Financial Executive, able to travel abroad tours, holder of Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance from well known University, a resident of UAE, Native Arabic speaker, having auditing and software skills, certificates must be attested from government authorities.
