Employment: Full Time

One of our clients, a leading Training and Consultancy Company with offices spanning Jordan, UAE and Saudi Arabia is expanding their rapidly growing business across the region. They are a trusted advisor for many leading businesses, governments, and institutions helping leaders make distinctive, lasting, and substantial improvements to the performance of their organizations through their trainings and consultations.

With this there is now an opportunity for a highly professional and efficient Accounting Administrator to join their team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Administer employee files and records in order to ensure accurate payment of benefits and allowances.
- Tracks office supply inventory and approves supply orders
- Track and maintain office Fixed Assets.
- Supervises all administrative personnel such like attendance, leaves, vacations etc.
- Manage and control UAE residency requests and files.
- Review and answer correspondence, and company email.
- Manage and control Insurance company contract and applying it for existence and new employees.
- Update and apply HR and Finance policies based on UAE labor law.
- Conduct orientation for new employees
- Control office petty cash
- Prepare employees' salaries and deductions statement per month
- Assists in the preparation of department budgets and expenses
- Oversee the accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Follow-up up auditing company work and activities.
- Control Company employee’s apartment usage and payments.
- Manage suppliers and services payments.

Requirements

- 1 -3 years' experience
- Arabic speaking candidates only
- Fluent in English
