Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

50% of the job task will be handling accounts jobs like accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, payroll, accounts reconciliation, closing of books of accounts, handling multiple company accounts and coordination with other units, profit and loss accounts and balance sheet etc.

The remaining 50% task will be of Administration like, salary processing, travel and ticket arrangements, purchase of asset/ stationary/ office equipment, supplier negotiation, insurance, vehicle management, PRO coordination for visa etc.

Requirements

Accounts Graduation/ post graduation, additional qualification desirable, age around 35 years, need exceptional skills in administration and handling accounting jobs, skills to deal with senior management staff, good communication skills in English, Indian nationals and male gender preferred, experience- 5-8 years, UAE work exposure is a must..
