Accounts Assistant

Job description / Role

- Monitor customer account details for non-payments and delayed payments.
- Resolve payment discrepancies
- Generate Age Analysis
- Review AR aging to ensure compliance.
- Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records.
- Maintain up to date invoicing system.
- Follow up, Collect and Allocate Payments in ERP.

The Package:
Salary offered is AED 3500.
Company provided transport within Dubai.

Requirements

The desired candidate will be a motivated and self starter individual
A can do attitude towards debt recovery will be essential to thrive in this job.

Proficiency in the English language is a must with Arabic a distinct advantage
Prior experience on working with an ERP computer system will be preferable.

A UAE drivers license, although not essential, will be considered advantageous.
