Accounts Clerk - Al Futtaim Group Real Estate - Dubai

Reporting to the Head of Property Management & Leasing and the Sales Manager, this role is responsible for the financial transactions and commitments of the Residential Sales and Leasing department. This position is an integral part of the continuous improvement efforts of the Residential team and vital to the reputation of AFGRE and Al Futtaim in upholding and improving the customer journey throughout the buying and leasing process of residential property in Dubai Festival City.

The incumbent will look after cashier responsibilities covering leasing, sales and project processes.

This role will be based at Festival City, Dubai.

Requirements

The ideal candidate needs to be a degree holder with experience in finance/accounting. A certification in Ejari and DSR would be an asset.
The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of IT systems, databases, financial data and Excel with a strong acumen in dealing with numbers & articulating formal communication.
