Accounts Executive - eCommerce - Al Futtaim Retail - Dubai, U.A.E.

As an Accounts Executive withinn Al Futtaim eCommerce division you will be responsible to ensure the management and effective utilization of funds, submission of accurate and timely management of information and maintaining of foreign exchange hedging for eCommerce retail business. On this role your key accountabilities are bank reconciliation, clearing account reconciliation, cash management services, mPOS and POS Services, accounts receivables services, documentation, foreign exchange management, treasury reports, audit, business service satisfaction, etc.

Your role will be based in Dubai. You will report into the Finance Manager / Head of Business Excellence.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting role, you should have a Bachelors degree specialised in commerce / accounting / finance / eCommerce. MBA - Finance / Intermediate CA is an asset.

You should have minimum 4+ years’ experience in finance & accounts. This experience should be within an eCommerce / retail environment. Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an asset.

Along with previous experience you must have excellent analytical, numerical, presentation and reporting skills, knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and strong computer skills - including ERP knowledge (preferably SAP) and advanced MS-Office knowledge.

To be a successful Accounts Executive, you must be committed, hardworking, with a high level of accuracy, an eye for detail and have the ability to thrive in a high-paced / high pressure environment amidst frequent change.
