Job description / Role
We are looking for an Accounts Manager to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities in the Accounts Department. Accounting manager responsibilities include developing and implementing sound systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting accounts related information.
Responsibilities
• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
- Month and end-year process
- Accounts payable/receivable
- Cash receipts
- General ledger
- Payroll and utilities
- Treasury, budgeting
- Cash forecasting
- Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- Capital assets reconciliations
- Fixed asset monitoring and control
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

Requirements
• CPA or similar professional qualification is a must, and Master’s Degree preferred
• Proven working experience as Accounting Manager or Finance Manager (Minimum of 5 Years)
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Ability to interpret and analyze huge amount of data
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• Efficient and has high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to direct, supervise, and motivate staff to maximize team and individual performance
• Can devise and implement preventive measures and initiative against organizational and operational issues
• Has proven experience in managing a team of 20 staff in a multinational organization
