Supervise AP function across OUINA, Qatar & Kuwait. Lead the in-country AP personnel to ensure P2P processes are optimised by utilising the in-country resources and Shared Services Centre (SSC)

Monthly reporting for AP matrix based on invoices recording and other KPIs.

Act as interface between locations/projects and SSC to ensure correct and timely project coding and review of unapproved invoices before fiscal month-end cut-off

Accounts Payable reporting across OUNIA, Qatar & Kuwait via dashboards. Responsible to report on volume of invoices, invoices in queue/on hold, open tickets, cash management & requirements, vendors on hold, aged vendors, iexpense approval status, exception reporting, active suppliers.

Responsible to progress and close out AP Service Tickets across the ME region in conjunction with SSC

Ensure vendor payments for the ME region are correct, timely and in accordance to terms. This includes intercompany balances to be settled in line with corporate guidance.

Responsible to prepare or approve Blackline reconciliations for Accounts Payable related accounts in accordance with corporate deadlines.

Responsible to ensure the content of the reconciliations are in accordance with Worley standards

Ensure Working Capital Outflows forecasting is carried out for each location to provide management with correct insight on working capital requirements and plan accordingly

Responsible to prepare/collate vendor statement reconciliations to ensure all liabilities are accounted for correctly and in a timely manner

Assist with Internal and External Audits for the Middle East region

Job Specific Knowledge :
- Good understanding of the P2P end-to-end process and financial implications
- Demonstrate a visible and active commitment to safety and its associated requirements in a project environment.
- Application, use and understanding of the Worley core systems such as Oracle GBS and BR, Microsoft Office.
- Application and understanding of the Worley Project Management Process (WPMP) and Enterprise Management System (EMS).

Industry Specific Experience :
- Minimum 5-7 years in the Engineering, consultancy services Industry in the Finance P2P stream.
