Accounts Supervisor (Payable) - Retail Corporate Office - Dubai

As an Account Supervisor you will be supervising the full cycle of accounts payable activities as well as supervises the accounts payable staff. You will ensure timely payments of vendor invoices and expense vouchers and maintains accurate records and control reports. You will also reconcile the accounts and assist manager with other ad hoc projects as assigned.

You should ensure that company's policies and procedures are adhered to and as per the Delegation of Authority. You should be supporting business in timely payment and deal with both internal and external auditors in a professional manner.

Requirements

To be a successful Accounts Supervisor (payable) you should have a minimum three years of experience in a supervisory role, 7+ years in financial accounting and additional experience of shared service would be an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce and knowledge of MS office and SAP is a must.

You must be a good team player, ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet strict deadlines and to work independently and as a member of a team. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
