Job description / Role
- Support the management in daily follow ups and tasks
- Processing orders and ensuring fulfillment
- Interacting and servicing customers
- Attending to phone calls and customer emails
- Preparing various daily and weekly reports
- Coordinating the remote teams for various tasks
- Taking care of schedules of the management
- Preparing Quotations and coordinating with accounts team
Requirements
- Willing to work hard and grow with the company
- Self motivated to achieve
- Self starter
- An all rounder
- Expert in MS Excel and MS Office
- Fluent in English and advanced writing skills. Speaking Arabic is an advantage.
- Candidate should be dynamic and spontaneous
- UAE Driving license is preferred
