Job description / Role
Our client within banking in Abu Dhabi are looking for two additional Admin Assistants to work in a busy IT department supporting a team of VP's & senior Executives
Duties:
- Preparing Powerpoint presentations & research findings
- Supporting the team with administrational tasks
- Typing emails and correspondence
- Filing , faxing & photocopying
- Liaising with department requirements
- Assisting with conference calls
- Preparing expense claims
- Dealing with confidential information
- Diary managements
- Making appointments
- Maintaining Meeting rooms
- Arranging travel requirements
- Screening calls & emails
Salary 12-15,000 AED
Requirements
- Western national required preferred Australian, South African or European
- Females x2
- IT advance knowledge using Microsoft Office Packages
- Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent English Grammar
- UAE experience advantageous
- Smart, corporate presented
- Flexible and able to work in busy environments
- Experience of working within and supporting teams
- Based in Abu Dhabi
