This is an admin Position in an Advertising company this role reports to the office manager and provide admin support to several departments while also executing the receptionist responsibilities.
Main responsibilities will be:
- Reception related activities
- Procurement for the facilities and organization
- Facilities and office maintanace
- Filling and document control management
- Internal and external meeting arrangement
- Presentation prepration
